Cancellation Policy
All appointment retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so more than 48 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule within 48 hours you will loose your retainer & another one must be put down in order to rebook. All cancellations will loose deposit. Same day cancellations/no shows or cancellations within 24 hours will have to pay an additional $75 fee. A new deposit will also need to be put down if you are rebooking.
